With over 20 years of experience, Priyanka brings invaluable insights in the areas of   developing communication strategies, communication, corporate communication, donor and partnership management, programme management and implementation, training on youth leadership and women’s rights.

She has worked extensively with NGOs, corporates and bilateral agencies. Through her work she brings in experience in partnership management, project management and implementation, client relations, donor management and M&E framework designing.

Her work on communication has specifically included developing statewide and national communication strategy for leading INGOs and international donor agencies, developing campaigns, creating communication materials and managing corporate rebranding and online communication.

Bindu Madhavi Mangalpalli

Senior Advisor- M&E

Bindu has more than two decades of experience in both implementing and funding organizations. She has led Research, Monitoring & Evaluation portfolios across Asia and has managed programs including grantees and large teams, built capacities of different stakeholders, built evidence- based 360 degree Social and Behavior Change Communication Campaigns and developed user-friendly knowledge management products.

She has worked on different thematic areas like Human Rights, Public Health, Livelihood, Disaster, and Education. She has led and managed organizational level planning and is well-versed with Result Based Management, Theory of Change, and Participatory Rural Appraisal techniques. Bindu also regularly writes and presents articles for various journals and conferences

Anupriya Ghosh

Anupriya Ghosh

Senior Advisor- Gender, MEL and OD

Anupriya Ghosh brings more than two decades of experience of grant making, resource mobilization, fund raising, gender programming, organizational strategizing and institutional development expertise with diverse actors like women rights groups, youth-led organizations, UN agencies, government, philanthropists.

She is passionate about issues of GBV, SRHR, gender and education, WSA, violence against women and children, laws on women and children, engaging in feminist collective care techniques, building leadership among young women, and engaging with young men in the fight towards gender equality. Anupriya holds a postgraduate degree in sociology with specialization in criminology and has a diploma in human resource management.

Annie is a communication and media professional with extensive experience as a content strategist, writer, and editor. She is an alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru University where she did her Master's in Arts and Aesthetics and has a Post Graduate Diploma in journalism.

Having started her career as a reporter with organizations such as ANI, The Sunday Guardian, ABP News, NDTV and Images Multimedia she later transitioned to a communication role. She has managed content development, reporting and documentation for several projects and organizations. She also has experience in managing AV production, script writing and has also worked as a Voiceover artist.

Debdatta Purkayastha

Debdatta Purkayastha

Vertical Lead- MEL

Debdatta has over 14 years of professional experience in the domains of monitoring, evaluation, research, and resource mobilisation. She brings to the team her expertise in qualitative and quantitative data analysis and mixed methods research.

She has led and managed primary research, research design, and secondary research projects and has worked with well-known grassroots non-profit organisations, such as Mumbai Mobile Creches, as well as a feminist funding organisation, South Asia Women Foundation India (SAWF IN). She was also part of an international learning collaboration of women's funds to co-create a model on Feminist Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (F-MEAL). Before starting her professional journey, Debdatta completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Science (B.Sc.) (Economics) from the University of Calcutta in 2009.

Payal is a Program Officer at P4C and brings with her over five years of work experience. She has worked in various capacities in the development sector, spanning both rural and urban settings. She has a diploma in journalism and mass communication and honed her skills in a digital newsroom. Her passion lies in themes of gender, labor, livelihoods, and social justice. She is proficient in documentation, writing, editing, and research. Currently, she focuses on program management, M&E, and research.

Sachin handles Administration and Finance at P4C. With over three years of experience, he has hands-on experience in finance, accounting, auditing, taxation (TDS & GST) and compliance requirements.
