Saba is a development professional with 14 years of experience dedicated to advancing social change initiatives focused on gender, gender-based violence (GBV), girl child education, and community development. She has made significant contributions to the programmatic efforts of various national and international social sector organizations, utilizing her expertise in research, evaluation, capacity building, and communications, all while managing leadership roles effectively.
She briefly led the communications department at Dhwani RIS, a technology startup aligned with social sector goals. A former Kalinga Fellow focused on combating human trafficking (2022-2023), Saba’s commitment to gender equality and GBV prevention extends beyond her professional life. Academically, she holds a master’s degree in sociology from Jamia Millia Islamia.
