Debdatta leads our MERL practice with over 14 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, and resource mobilization.

She specializes in mixed-methods research and brings deep expertise in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Her work spans grassroots organizations like Mumbai Mobile Creches to feminist funding organizations such as South Asia Women Foundation India.

Debdatta was part of an international learning collaboration to co-create a Feminist Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (F-MEAL) model. She's passionate about making evaluation meaningful, participatory, and useful for the organizations she works with. She holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Calcutta.
