Training & Capacity Building

We enable partners to enhance their skills, knowledge and capacity to increase the effectiveness of their work and build organizational resilience. Using an intersectional and inclusive approach we design user- focussed training programmes by collaboratively creating modules through careful analysis of the partner's goals and needs.

Our work includes-

  • Developing need-based and issue-based training designs
  • Developing training toolkits, modules, manuals and programmes
  • Issue specific strategy for capacity enhancement (youth leadership, gender sensitization, gender- based violence, livelihoods, communications, organisational development, resource mobilisation, on-ground and online campaigns)
  • Instructional design and facilitation
