Communication

Focused and effective communication has become crucial for NGOs, Foundations, CSRs and other stakeholders to identify and connect with diverse audiences, including funders. Despite the easy availability of an array of tools and channels for communication, creating impact necessitates an integrated strategy that strengthens the brand while serving multiple goals. Working in the intersection of creative marketing and community-centered communication, we use a multi-pronged approach to offer dynamic, tailor-made solutions that are attuned to the needs on the ground. These solutions can be easily adapted to increase brand awareness and provide deeper engagement with the target audience.

Our work includes (but is not limited to) –:

  • Communication materials- IEC and print material, toolkits, training material
  • Digital outreach
  • Strategic Communication plan
  • Building brand narrative and storytelling
  • Outreach through programme-based conceptual events

The 15th World Conference on Injury Prevention and Safety Promotion (Safety 2024)
Safety 2024 was a global conference that focused worldwide attention on safety and injury prevention. It gathered international experts in the field with a united goal of “Building a safer future for all: Equitable and sustainable strategies for injury and violence prevention”.

What we did
Prior to the event, we crafted a comprehensive content strategy tailored to the social media platforms with a primary focus on X. This strategy encompassed the creation of post templates, draft posts, a detailed coverage schedule, and graphic design elements to ensure visual consistency. During the event, we implemented a diverse array of post types, including video testimonials from delegates sharing their experiences and expectations, static highlights summarising key sessions, announcement posts, and session recaps, all designed to maximise engagement and outreach. Beyond digital media, we  helped in the creation of an event newsletter that was distributed to conference attendees in physical and digital forms.

Outcome
The social media strategies proved fruitful and we were able to achieve our aim of information dispersal and engagement on social media pages with maximum posts having 500+ views.
